Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about using ListSide.

Click "View Listings" in the navigation, then click "+ Add New Listing." Fill out the title, description, price, address, and any property details like bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and listing status. You can upload multiple images, add a YouTube video, set an open house date, and mark a listing as Featured. Once your listings are created you can drag and drop them into any order from the View Listings page, then click Save Order.
From the View Listings page, drag and drop listing cards into the order you want them to appear on your public page. When trying to replace the first listing just drag another into its place. When on mobile rearranging works best by holding onto the bottom of one card with one finger and scrolling up or down with the other. Click Save Order when done. To delete a listing click the Delete button on the listing card and confirm — this cannot be undone.
Your main profile is managed from the Profile page in the navigation. Your name, phone, email, and profile photo set here are what appear on your public listing page automatically — this is the primary information visitors see next to your listings.

The Contact Card on the Dashboard is an optional extra block. If you enable it, anything you type in the contact card text box will appear as additional information below your main profile details on your public page. Be careful not to repeat your phone number or email in the contact card text — if you do, it will show up twice on your public page. Use the contact card for extra details like your license number, brokerage name, or a short personal note.
Go to the Profile page in the navigation. On the right side you will see your current photo and an "Upload New Photo" button. Select your photo and click Save Photo. This is the photo that appears on your public listing page next to your contact information. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 5MB.
From your Dashboard click the "Greeting" button in the top bar. The headline field is the main title shown at the top of your public page. The message field below it is where you can introduce yourself, describe your experience, or tell visitors how you can help. Check the box to show the greeting on your page, then click Save Changes.
Click "Preview Site" in the navigation. It will open your public listing page in a new tab — this is exactly what anyone who visits your link will see. Use it to check how your listings, contact card, greeting, and profile photo appear before sharing your link anywhere.
Your subdomain is the unique part of your ListSide URL — for example if your subdomain is "johnsmith" your public link is https://listside.co/site/johnsmith. You can see your subdomain on the Profile page. If you need to change it email support@listside.co and we can update it for you. Keep in mind that changing your subdomain will change your public link so you would need to reshare it anywhere you've posted it.
No. Your ListSide page is completely exclusive to you. Only your listings, your contact information, and your lead tools appear on your page. There is no central marketplace or shared feed — visitors who come to your link only see your content.
ListSide is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you install it directly from your browser, no app store needed. Here's how depending on your device:

iPhone or iPad (Safari)
Open listside.co in Safari. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the box with an arrow pointing up). Scroll down in the share menu and tap Add to Home Screen. Tap Add in the top right corner. The ListSide icon will appear on your home screen like a regular app.

Android (Chrome)
Open listside.co in Chrome. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner. Tap Install App. Tap Install to confirm. The app will appear on your home screen.

Nothing popped up automatically?
Some browsers suppress the install prompt if you've dismissed it before or if you're not on the main domain. To force it on Android, open Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, and look for Install App in the list. On iPhone, you must use Safari specifically — Chrome and other browsers on iPhone do not support PWA installation.

Desktop (Chrome or Edge)
Open listside.co. Look for a small install icon in the address bar on the right side — it looks like a monitor with a down arrow. Click it and select Install. ListSide will open as a standalone app window on your desktop.

Once installed it works just like a native app — full screen, home screen icon, and no browser toolbar in the way.
Click "Lead Tools" in the navigation to see all your available tools. Each tool has its own unique shareable link tied directly to your account. Copy the link and post it anywhere — Facebook, Instagram bio, neighborhood groups, or any ad platform you use. When someone clicks your link and fills out the form their contact information is automatically saved to your dashboard as a lead. You have 9 tools: FSBO Guide, Home Value Estimator, Net Profit Calculator, Dream Home Wishlist, Rent vs Buy Calculator, Buyer Readiness Quiz, Mortgage Calculator, QR Code Generator, and the CMA tool (Pro plan).
Click "Lead Tools" in the navigation and open the QR Code Generator. Select any of your listings from the dropdown and a QR code will be generated that links directly to that listing's detail page. You can download the QR code and print it on yard signs, flyers, or business cards. Anyone who scans it with their phone goes straight to that listing.
From your Dashboard click the Share button in the top bar. You can share directly to Facebook, X, or LinkedIn, or copy your personal link to paste into your Instagram bio. Your personal link is always https://listside.co/site/yoursubdomain and never changes.
The Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) tool is available on the Pro plan. Enter a property address and ListSide automatically pulls real comparable sales data from the market. From there you can optionally fill in detailed property information — roof type and age, HVAC, kitchen condition, flooring, pool, garage, lot type, and dozens more factors. Each factor you enter adjusts the estimated value up or down based on how it affects a home's worth. The more detail you provide, the more precise the result. At the end the tool generates an AI-written narrative report summarizing the analysis.
No. Every property detail field is optional. You can run a basic CMA in seconds with just an address and get a solid starting number. If you want a more precise result — especially for a home that's hard to price — fill in more details and the algorithm will factor each one into the final value. It's designed to work well either way.
This is where ListSide's CMA stands out. When direct comparable sales are limited — like pricing a larger home surrounded by smaller ones — the tool normalizes available sales by price per square foot and applies a weighted valuation to arrive at a defensible number. You can also expand the search radius in the tool if you want to pull in more comps from a wider area. You're never left with just a blank result when comps are thin.
Pro agents can enable a public-facing CMA request form that homeowners can fill out. The homeowner enters their property address and contact info, and ListSide runs the CMA and emails them the report automatically. Their contact info lands in your leads dashboard the moment they submit. The form is off by default — you turn it on from your dashboard when you want it active. You can also set a monthly cap to control how many public pulls are run.
The Pro plan includes 30 CMA pulls per month — these cover both pulls you run yourself from your dashboard and pulls generated through your public CMA form. Each pull over 30 is $3, billed automatically at the end of your billing cycle via Stripe. Your dashboard shows a running counter of your current usage and an estimated overage cost so there are no surprises. You can also set a monthly cap on public pulls to prevent unexpected charges from the public form.
Go to your Dashboard and look at the Source column in your leads table. It shows exactly which tool generated each lead. You can filter your leads by source using the Source dropdown at the top of the table to quickly see which tools are performing best for you.
Click "+ Add New Lead" in the navigation to manually enter a lead's information. You can add their name, email, phone, status, priority, source, what they're interested in, and any notes. To edit an existing lead go to your Dashboard, find the lead in the table, and click the Edit button on their row.
At the top of your Dashboard you will see a Lead Filters section. You can filter by name, email, phone, status, priority, source, interested in, and notes. Status, priority, and source filters are dropdowns so you can select exactly what you're looking for. Fill in any combination and click Apply Filters. Click Reset to go back to seeing all your leads. You can also sort by clicking any column header.
Email support@listside.co and we will take care of it for you right away. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged after your current billing period ends. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your paid period.
